Occurrences of cases like these are rare, but if the circumstance occurs it will be the purchasers liability to seek reimbursement (if any) directly from FEDEX. Hilton Head Exotics is not liable in any way for FEDEX shipment delays or any other mishaps caused by FEDEX that affects the well being or health of the snakes in any way. Please note, that we reserve the right to delay shipping for incliment weather conditions that may affect any area within the delivery route that could adversely affect the health or well being of the animal. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt and contact us with 2 hours for any shipping issues. If this is not possible please provide the nearest FedEx HUB information to pick up the same day of delivery.
Someone must be present to receive the box on the first delivery attempt. All animals will be shipped Monday- Wednesday to the provided shipping/billing address. Hilton Head Exotics uses FedEx Priority Overnight for all shipments. We gaurentee that every snake we sell is healthy, properly sexed, and the genetics are always guaranteed.
